Overview

Imagine that your mind is a huge movie screen. It is blank, and you can play whatever movie you'd like.

Do you want to be a piece of spaghetti? Or a butterfly? Or perhaps a shooting star that travels through space?

Silence, please. The movie will now begin.

Reviews & Awards

So many kids are dealing with stress in many ways and it manifests itself in ways you may not expect. This book explores some of the basic concepts of relaxation and how you and your kids can find more ways to relax…. The visualization and breathing exercises were great and really allowed you to find an inner-calm within yourself. This is a great book that I highly recommend!
