March for Science
April 14, 2018
APA is proud to be an official partner of the March for Science. We stand together with our fellow scientists and supporters to share our passion for scientific research, celebrate scientific discovery and speak to the importance of evidence-based policy making. We encourage all psychologists, psychology students and their allies to join this broad, non-partisan effort to support scientific research and the use of scientific evidence for the public good.
Marchers can meet up with APA on the northwest corner of Independence Avenue SW and 14th Street. APA staff will be wearing “I’m psyched for science” t-shirts and handing out signs, stickers and buttons from 10 a.m. to noon. Shortly after noon, there will be a group picture and then those who have gathered will enter the rally grounds together.
