Volume 2, Number 3, June 2004 Letter to the EditorDebt management What about the practical and ethical implications of such an idea? If one of my clients comes into my restaurant or store as a customer, how do I explain my dual roles? How might the tipping issue be handled? It's an outrageous thought! Similarly, if an aspiring psychologist I am supervising sees me working in such a capacity, what kind of message does that send? I am graduating with my PhD in counseling psychology this summer. I do have a job lined up, which won't be paying me a lot of money. This is, indeed, a problem. Perhaps gradPSYCH and APA should be looking at the real problems of decreasing salaries and fewer opportunities for psychologists. MARION E. STONE
