Meet this year’s APAGS consultant

Marina Field, a fifth-year doctoral student in social organizational psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, is the new APAGS consultant. In the role, Field will serve as a sounding board for the APAGS officers on various issues, including APAGS’s work on science-related initiatives and helping with the completion of the APAGS Strategic Plan.

Previously, Field served as the chair of the APAGS Convention Committee. She also has several years of experience working for organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, American Express, Personnel Decisions International and Catalyst, a nonprofit research and advocacy organization for women in business. After receiving her degree, Field plans to join the corporate world as a consultant.
